The Warsaw Hub is a complex of office buildings in the area of Wola district near Towarowa, Sienna. Construction works began in the autumn 2015 and will be finished in February 2020. The usable area of these multi-storey buildings will reach 113,000 m², of which the largest part will take office space - 70 thousand m², commercial and service premises - 7 thousand m². The hotel part of the complex is a 4-star Crowne Plaza and a 3-star Holiday Inn Express. The total number of rooms is 430. During the construction of the skyscraper in the night from June 7th to 8th there was a fire on the 25th floor. As many as 130 firefighters participated in the firefighting operation. The construction of the skyscraper was successfully resumed three days after the fire thanks to the active help of Pro Construction in removing the effects of the fire.
